Registration Helpful Hints:

New Participants:

If you are new to Sudbury Pop Warner, WELCOME.  Please take a moment to review the left menu called Registration Instructions.  New registrants are required to create parent and child accounts before registering your child into the program.  The instructions will help you with this process.

*** We will need (and retain for a short period) an actual copy of your child’s birth certificate.  We urge you to send away for a second copy today!

Returning Participants (Very important to read):

If your child has already participated in the program and yours or spouses email has changed, you need to maintain every account created for your family to insure email address is correct.

All future communications require an accurate email address so please insure yours is correct.

Do it now:

Before registering your child, please visit the Registration Forms or Documents menu and download the forms noted below.  These forms need to be completed and brought with you to the mandatory weigh-in.
